Do not forget about the past, but look into the future — this idea formed the conceptual basis of the building that facilitates a radical contrast of classics and modernity.

The lower part is designed in classical style: columns, a restrained stucco decoration, rustication, a strict rhythm of arched and rectangular windows. This building level is visually disclosed from the nearest viewpoints - the embankment, sidewalks, hotel drives — and it harmoniously matches the surrounding buildings.

The upper floors of the building are designed in a modern minimalist style and fully glazed — this part, on the contrary, is clearly visualized from afar: from the city entrance, Turgenev Bridge.

The smooth surface of glass facades facing the river is furrowed with cascading terraces with living gardens: the greenery generally scarce in large cities is integrated directly into the building. You can relax on green terraces adjacent to the panoramic restaurant or in a swimming pool, on a sunbed or at a table, and enjoy the bird's eye panorama of the city.
