Clear verticals, irregular rhythm — geometry of the building is in tune with the current global trends of modern architecture. The hotel is located next to "Krasnodar" Football Stadium, thus, although having a character of its own, in many respects echoes with the sports facility: the same cream travertine and a similar vertical facade division.

To prevent the building from becoming a dominant, its facades were split into large horizontal units wherein two or three floors are located: thanks to this visual deceit, the floors appear to be smaller and the hotel - lower than it is in fact. A huge glass stained glass window of a few premium rooms offers a beautiful view of the stadium. An overview of the stadium and the surrounding area opens from the roof of the main tower where a panoramic restaurant is located.
