The house is inspired by architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright, but it is uniquely designed in modern interpretation. The highlighted feature of the front facade is pylons with polished copper finish of a broken geometric pattern. Their brilliant texture contrasts with long-size brick crossbar-format and the wooden sheathing of an overhanging wide roof, and it smoothly “flows” to the upper part of walls. 

The cantilever balcony with frameless glazing is an element in the spirit of high-tech, these notes sound on the back facade: a minimalist cube is embedded into the corner part at the level of the second floor, and a wooden overhang with effectively illuminated columns is glass- covered. House dimensions are hidden due to a complex plan: the main two-storey part is connected to the single-storey one. You can go from it, in its turn, to the semi-open terrace with a barbecue and a swimming pool, also decorated in a laconic, even brutal style: the working kitchen area is decorated with a large-format slate; the furniture is designed in graphite shades.

Stair flights are remarkable for their genuine geometry: the steps relief is preserved on “the reverse” side, thus, the structure looks especially easy and elegant. The minimalism of color and shape array is mitigated by white laced fence – it is visually fragile and weightless, as if cut out of paper. It is balanced by a strict frameless glass on the other side on chrome fasteners. The lateral lighting creates the effect of floating steps. The asymmetric composition of a wall light  on thread suspensions adds comfort to stairs space and strikes some eclectic notes.

The front brick fence enclosing the land plot is extremely concise. Instead of columns that traditionally break the fence into sections, an original solution has been implemented here - lighting: vertical light strips set the rhythm. A simple fence surface is contrasted by a gate of a complex geometric pattern lined with panels of different metals - zinc, polished copper, and rusted iron. The strict geometry of the entrance composition is complemented by evenly trimmed trees.
