Architecture of this modern office building combines rigor and chaos. Geometry is very simple - just a few interpenetrating rectangular volumes. However, with this simplicity is effectively challenged by a broken rhythm of windows, multi-format elements of composite material pointings on the second and third floors. In contrast to the uneven dynamics, the first floor with large windows preserves a calm symmetry. Both parts of the building, the lower and upper ones, are visually united with a vertical volume where the staircase is located. The steps of the entrance group are shifted to the side — the first one is spread out like a palm inviting you to come inside.

The main staircase in the office building is an architectural embodiment of weightlessness. An absolute minimalistic design, as if floating in air, has a unique feature: all steps are cantilevered, they do not connect to each other. Glass railing splits into individual segments. Each step is independent, like a piano key, but together they all play a joint part, forming a harmonious flight of stairs. The idea of lightness is maintained by wall finishing - the texture of white decorative plaster inspires associations with clouds or steam. The composition is supplemented by a modern sculpture at the stair foot. It is mounted on the enlarged bottom step which seems to be "spreading" across the hall inviting you to climb up.
