This one-storey house after reconstruction received laconic modern facades finished with clinker brick. It is also used for window sills and upper window framing. Colors and materials are executed in natural tones, but they play on contrasts: brutality of dark brick and matted aluminum frames of graphite shade is balanced with a light decor of the wall base and roof underneath and mitigated by the surrounding greenery. The natural line is supported by wood inclusions: filing of the canopy, trim the input group inserts between the windows.

Minimalistic steps are decorated with large vases of plants, hanging planters are arranged next to the front door— cascading greenery islands echo with wooden decoration and landscape, setting off the strict geometry of the building. The vertical illumination on the façade and on columns emphasizes the beauty of wood and brick texture. In house backyard, there are multi-level terraces that gently descend from the house to the green yard. There is a dining table on the upper terrace and a lounge area with cushions and hammocks on the lower terrace.

The integrated flowerbed and columns are decorated in the same way as the main part of the building: dark brick plus light-coloured decor. The canopy underneath is also lined with wood strips; modern round lights suspend from it. The lower terrace steps  are concrete, as well as slabs on the lawn. The upper terrace steps are finished with ceramic parquet-imitating tiles laid in herringbone: thus, the balance of brutality and comfort is achieved with a combination of textures.

Laconism, natural materials, functionality and comfort are the main features of this interior designed in a modern style. The feeling of spaciousness is achieved thanks to visual purity of the space: built-in cabinets instead of open shelves, a minimum of details is in sight. Interior doors are extended with raised panels to the ceiling — this solution visually increases the height of premises. Some openings are left without doors - to create the effect of a single space, smoothly flowing from one zone to another.

The harmony of forms is created by balance of clear and soft lines: geometric cabinets and chests of drawers are adjacent to round carpets, lamps, tables and mirrors.  

The color scheme is minimalistic: black, white, and grey plus contrasting accents — wallpaper with floral prints, green tiles, paintings in golden and blue tones, brass lamps and art objects. Besides, elements of wood warm the strict monochrome in almost all areas: lowboards, cabinets, doors, wooden slats on walls and ceilings.
