The building is erected on a narrow land plot, thus, the front façade is especially highlighted. It is designed in a modern minimalist style with references to cubism. The facade is split into three diverse planes of different heights, the black verticals of their framing are arranged at an angle — playing with geometry and volumes adds dynamics to the architecture.

The design of the entrance group was solved in the same style: a structure of perforated metal of a contrasting warm shade "grows into" the façade at an angle. Glazing with a mirror effect visually adds depth and volume to the building — and at the same time smoothly dissolves the structure in the surrounding landscape. On the one hand, the central façade glazing passes to the side façade — this angle looks impressive from the road while approaching the building.
