Detached house in a luxury cottage estate "German village"
The two-storey house is designed in a classic style: hand-molded brick and stucco decor. The entrance group is decorated especially solemnly: cast iron steps lead to the house, a facade fragment is decorated with wooden panels, the family coat of arms is above the doors. However, the classics is diluted with a portion of eclecticism – authorial columns with a bold studded décor and diamond-shaped ornament on the cornice.
A remarkable detail - radial windows of the second floor with rounded balconies on elegantly decorated supports. They contrast with modern windows on the rear facade: huge rectangular stained glass windows blur the border between the living room and the garden. Here, on the roof of this protruding volume, there is a private terrace with an outdoor fireplace and sun loungers easily accessed from host’s bedroom.

The joint space of the living room, dining room and kitchen is decorated in neoclassical style. The central composition element is a spiral staircase combining classics and modernity: lace forged fences are matched by laconic steps and a central support, reminiscent of a DNA spiral.
Biomorphic motifs in the modern flow are supported by other surrounding elements: a glass table on a twisted table support, steel coffee tables shaped like stumps, lamps with living greenery imitation in the kitchen area. Mosaic plant pattern also adorns a smoothly rounded zoning structure between the living room and the dining room with a double-sided bio fireplace and TV screens. The interior is designed in soft, bright colors and filled with natural light: huge stained glass windows almost erase the boundaries between the room and the garden.
Landscape design in a detached residential house
The private space of the plot is separated from the street by a light wrought-iron fence. A dense row of thujas, instead of a blank wall, keeps the yard away from the eyes. Architecture and nature literally merge with each other: the yard is buried in greenery, the house facade is covered with bindweed. Inside the fence, flower beds are adjacent to it — their smooth outlines are intended to mitigate the plot corners and to lead away from geometrism to flowing organic forms; the same idea is maintained by tiles with ragged edges integrated into the grass.
A flock of birds “soars” above the lush greenery — a stone-carved sculptural composition. Despite plant abundance, a good view over the site is retained - trees trimmed in bonsai technique were used instead of tall trees. The pool is executed in a very simple manner, clear pool edges are nearly invisible, the attention is focused on cool water turquoise. Classic columns, entwined with flowers, decorate the relaxation area with a wooden pergola and soft garden furniture.
