This two-storey office building is designed in the classical style. The diversity of facades creates dynamics, and the flat roof makes the structure deem less massive. Among decorative solutions are sculptures on facades, stucco, rustication, glass lanterns, forged facade elements supported by an elegant forging of gate and fence. The walls of the building are covered with a decorative texture plaster shaded delicate cream, harmoniously matching a wild stone in socle decoration.
